The Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time permanent Band 8a Haematology Laboratory Manager, offering a welcome payment of £5,000 for new hires. This role involves leading the Haematology service, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with the Blood Sciences Management team and Head of Pathology. The department recently upgraded to state-of-the-art equipment and modern facilities, supported by a robust quality management system with UKAS accreditation and MHRA compliance.
