The role of SCBU Staff Nurse at Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust in Guildford involves delivering high-quality, individualized care to premature and sick infants and their families. The nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation while supervising junior staff and students. As a registered nurse, the candidate must demonstrate accountability, clinical competence, and leadership, as well as uphold the values of the Trust and adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct.
