The role of Clinical Team Leader for Recognise and Respond at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital involves leading the Rapid Response Team (RRT) in providing high-quality care for acutely deteriorating patients. The candidate will support the leadership team's vision, oversee day-to-day operations, and facilitate educational programs for staff, while also championing safety and quality assurance initiatives. The successful individual will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the management of conditions like Sepsis and Acute Kidney Injury (AKI), ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines and delivering training in both clinical and non-clinical settings.

This part-time position (15 hours per week) requires significant clinical experience, comprehensive knowledge of RRT protocols, and the capability to foster team development and communication. The role emphasises building strong partnerships within the Trust and with external care providers to improve patient outcomes, while also involving data analysis to enhance care pathways. The position is set within a supportive and collaborative team environment, ideal for someone passionate about patient care and team leadership.
