The role of Bank Advanced Specialist Physiotherapist at Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust involves joining the County-wide Community Rapid Response & Intermediate Care Team, focusing on rehabilitating patients at home and facilitating timely hospital discharges. Candidates should possess extensive clinical experience, ideally within the NHS, and have experience working in a multidisciplinary community team. Key responsibilities include supporting healthcare assistants, setting rehabilitation goals in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, and delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring the team operates flexibly to meet local healthcare needs seven days a week.

The position requires applicants to have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work, as well as to work shifts between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Essential qualifications include HCPC registration and a relevant degree in physiotherapy or occupational therapy, coupled with strong communication skills and manual handling experience.
