The Apprentice Ward Clerk role at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust offers enthusiastic individuals the chance to gain practical experience in healthcare administration within a new Inpatient Therapy Unit in Norwich. Responsibilities include supporting the Ward Clerks by managing administrative tasks, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, maintaining patient records, and ensuring efficient communication with nursing teams and relatives regarding patient admissions and discharges.

This position provides valuable training, culminating in a Level 3 Apprenticeship Diploma in Business Administration over an 18-month contract.
