Join a compassionate team making a real difference in Kent! We are looking for a dedicated Support, Time and Recovery Worker (Band 3) to join our Home Based Treatment Team at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. You'll play a crucial role in supporting individuals facing acute mental health crises, providing intensive care within the community—offering an alternative to hospital admissions that allows patients to stay in a familiar environment while receiving top-notch care.

In this rewarding full-time, permanent position, you will collaborate closely with a diverse team of professionals, including Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists. Your excellent communication skills will be key, as you'll liaise with families and external partners, ensuring that each person receives the tailored support they need. While this role requires shift work covering evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, the enriching environment prioritises the well-being and development of our staff.
