This operational, patient-facing role involves supporting the planning, delivery, and monitoring of clinical trials, particularly in fertility, gynecology, and neonatal care. Key responsibilities include recruiting participants for studies, maintaining trial documentation, coordinating research clinics, and ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice.

We work across fertility, gynecology and neonatal care clinical areas as well as maternity services and perform a vital role in the delivery of research that underpins future practice in the specialty.
In the role of a Clinical Trials Associate, you will be a crucial contributor as part of the team and sometimes leading others in observational studies. Please note, this CTA position is an operational, patient facing role with a focus on face to face recruitment of participants into research.
