Dr Mirza & Partners in Luton is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to oversee the operations of their two GP practice sites, The Hockwell Ring Surgery and Britannia House Surgery. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience in primary care, and a proactive approach to managing a team of approximately 12 staff members. Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll management, compliance with HR legislation and health and safety regulations, overseeing quality and performance management, and ensuring the practice meets all necessary legal and regulatory requirements, including Care Quality Commission standards and GDPR compliance.

In this role, the Practice Manager will also be involved with the local Primary Care Network, acting as a key liaison with NHS England, Integrated Care Boards, community services, and other external stakeholders. The position requires flexibility to manage operations effectively across both sites and entails strategic planning, financial management, and the development of quality improvement initiatives, all aimed at maintaining and enhancing patient-centered care for a list size of around 6,000 patients.
