The Limes Surgery in Hoddesdon is seeking a full-time Lead Practice Nurse to oversee and guide a dedicated nursing team. The ideal candidate will be proactive and experienced, responsible for delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care to the practice population. Key responsibilities include managing care for patients with long-term conditions, acting as the clinical lead for the nursing team, implementing practice standards, and ensuring the achievement of performance targets related to quality of care and local initiatives.

The Lead Practice Nurse will collaborate closely with GPs and practice management to prioritize patient care, foster a supportive learning environment, and facilitate professional growth within the team. This role entails leading nursing team meetings, representing nursing interests, and overseeing the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QoF) strategy and other enhanced services, such as immunisation and flu campaigns.
