The Limes Surgery, located in Hoddesdon, is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lead practice nurse to join and lead our dedicated nursing team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for a proactive individual to take charge of delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care to our practice population. You will manage and lead the nursing team, working closely with GPs and practice management to drive key priorities and ensure high-quality service.

  • Managing care for patients with long-term conditions.
  • Acting as the clinical lead for the practice nursing team, prioritising patient care.
  • Guiding the team in implementing practice standards and local initiatives.
  • Fostering a learning environment and promote a no-blame culture.
  • Overseeing the QoF strategy (and other Locally Enhanced Services) for LTC management and ensure key performance targets are met (immunisations, flu campaigns, etc.).
  • Leading nursing team meetings, representing the nursing agenda, and driving professional growth.
