The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an ENT Consultant with a focus on Paediatric ENT to join their dynamic Ear, Nose and Throat - Head & Neck directorate. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team comprising various medical professionals and will provide services across multiple sites including Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals. Responsibilities include delivering adult and paediatric service targets, contributing to the development of inpatient and outpatient services, and engaging in the training of junior staff.

The role entails a structured job plan comprising clinics, theatre time, on-call duties, and administrative responsibilities, amounting to 10 Programmed Activities (PAs). The Trust is currently undergoing significant improvements in service delivery, including the opening of a new elective treatment center and enhanced audiology facilities, which the appointee will participate in. Flexibility in working hours, including potential weekend shifts, may be necessary as the service evolves.
