The role of Receptionist / Administrator at Aspire Drug and Alcohol Services, a partnership between Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Trust and The Alcohol and Drug Service, involves providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support. This includes managing clerical workloads, handling medical records, receptionist duties, and addressing queries from service users and their families. The position requires data entry and updating on the SystmOne system, maintaining patient records, producing various types of documentation, and facilitating communication between clients, staff, and external agencies.

The post holder will work across three base locations with a monthly late shift and is expected to maintain professional and empathetic communication through various channels. Key responsibilities also involve efficient management of photocopying and scanning services, along with the organisation of referrals in accordance with standard records management principles. The ability to work collaboratively with health professionals and contribute to high-quality service delivery is essential.
