Band 5: £29,970 to £36,483 a year pro rata  PERMANENT  GOOD SALARY 

The post holder will provide the highest standard of safe and effective patient care in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team.

An exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Registered Nurse has arisen on our newly refurbished Discharge Lounge. Full time and part time applications will be considered. A working rotor of 09:00-21:00 and 10:00-22:00 over a seven day period either either full time and part time will be considered. Post holder must be registered with NMC UK registration. We are looking for an enthusiastic nurse who can work dynamically and a fast pace to ensure safe and effective care delivery through the Discharge Lounge. As a member of our team you will work closely with patients, their families and the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that high quality care is delivered and a positive experience for patients through the Discharge Lounge

The post holder will provide the highest standard of safe and effective patient care in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team. Work closely with the Operation team to ensure timely patient flow throughout the hospital escalating where appropriate.
