Ty Grosvenor focuses on empowering individuals with mental illness and personality disorders by equipping them with essential skills for community living. The service consists of two distinct wards and two-bedroom apartments geared towards independent living. With ongoing developments, including the transition to an all-male service and new acute ward, this role presents an exciting opportunity for professional growth and making a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals. Candidates will be supported through induction training and are encouraged to engage in the safe and effective promotion of service user welfare.

What you will be doing
As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD), you will ensure men and women (Adults 18+) in the rehabilitation facility receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.
No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

You will empower and support people to reach their own unique goals while you learn about implementing five core zones of Work and Education, Interventions, Social Networks, Health and Empowerment. The service has two distinct wards and two-bedroom apartments that support independent living. You’ll also benefit from access to mainstream resources within the local community.
