The Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is looking for motivated and clinically skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join their experienced team across various primary and urgent care locations, including Walk-in Centres and an Urgent Care Centre in Birkenhead. The role entails assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of undiagnosed conditions in both adults and children, as well as developing individualized care plans and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance service quality. The successful candidates will also play a leadership role, providing mentorship to junior staff and participating in the ongoing development of nursing practices within a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

The Advanced Nurse Practitioners will have the flexibility to work various hours, including twilight shifts to accommodate work-life balance, and will engage in both clinical and managerial responsibilities. This includes maintaining accurate patient records, overseeing nursing staff, contributing to service redesign, and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines.
