The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Administration Lead for Castle Place Practice in Tiverton. This role entails overseeing the efficient functioning of the administrative team while ensuring that patient care standards are upheld. Candidates should possess strong organisational skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a background in GP practice or healthcare administration. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, resolving complex issues, promoting service quality, and collaborating with management to foster continuous improvement.

The position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent customer service abilities and computer literacy, preferably with knowledge of EMIS WEB or similar systems.
