The Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) team at Edward Jenner Court in Gloucester. This role involves providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the IPC Team Leads and overseeing the daily management of administrative functions, while maintaining confidentiality and high standards. The Personal Assistant will work independently, navigate complex situations, and ensure timely communication and resolution of Infection Control issues.

Additionally, the role requires effective collaboration with healthcare professionals across various organisations, including other trusts and healthcare providers, to ensure the efficient delivery of IPC services. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, capable of managing urgent matters in the absence of team leaders, and committed to contributing to patient safety and high-quality care within the healthcare sector.
