The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Senior Community Staff Nurse for a 12-month secondment in Stourbridge. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of community nursing and the current primary care agenda. This role involves assessing care needs, developing and implementing care programs, and managing clinical caseloads, while also supervising and supporting team members and students in a positive learning environment.

Candidates should demonstrate effective leadership and decision-making abilities, as well as the capacity to inspire and advocate for patients. The position offers an opportunity to enhance leadership skills by collaborating closely with the team leader and taking responsibility for the management of the work area in the absence of caseload holders.
