The Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is seeking a Systemic Practitioner for their Youth Service in Norwich, focusing on supporting young people aged 14-25 who are facing moderate to severe mental health challenges. The successful candidate will work within a diverse multi-disciplinary team to deliver systemic interventions, conduct quality assessments, and provide support and supervision to colleagues, all aimed at making a meaningful impact on the lives of young people and their families.

Candidates should possess a PGCert or PGDip in Applied Systemic Practice or a related field, along with a core professional qualification such as medicine, social work, nursing, occupational therapy, or psychology. The role offers an opportunity to influence team practices positively and contribute to clinical discussions while being part of ongoing improvements to service delivery and care quality.
