Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Speech and Language Therapist to join their established and supportive team within the Central Integrated Health Community. This full-time permanent position is ideal for both newly qualified professionals and those looking to enhance their skills. The role requires the ability to speak Welsh and involves working across various locations, including rural areas and towns. Candidates must have a recognized Speech and Language Therapy degree and HCPC registration.

The successful applicant will manage a varied caseload, addressing issues such as phonological and language disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and developmental language disorders. The role emphasises collaboration with health and education professionals and provides ample support, including one-on-one supervision, access to clinical specialists, and opportunities for professional development and peer support. The position involves assessing and treating preschool and school-aged children in diverse settings, including community clinics and schools in Conwy and Denbighshire, while also contributing to service delivery and educational initiatives.
