Everyone Health Ltd is looking for entry-level Healthy Lifestyle Practitioners to join their Healthy Lifestyle and Stop Smoking Team in Hinckley. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver Stop Smoking Services and promote health within the Healthy Communities Integrated Lifestyle Service. Practitioners will provide support to eligible adults through both virtual and face-to-face clinics, offering 12 weeks of assistance, including free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver front-line Stop Smoking Services, engaging with a diverse range of clients.
  • Maintain communication with team members and the Stop Smoking Coordinator.
  • Manage appointment schedules and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Participate in health promotion events and support administrative duties.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Experience or interest in public health, particularly smoking cessation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ideally, at least one year of experience in community-based services or relevant health qualifications (e.g., health degree).

Training will be provided, although candidates with relevant health qualifications or NCSCT training are preferred. The role requires flexibility, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to promoting healthier lifestyles among residents of Southend.
