The IPOCH Senior Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician role at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Crewe offers a unique opportunity for an experienced pharmacy technician to join the Integrated Placement of Care Hub (IPOCH) team. The position involves working across various community settings to assess and manage medications for patients in their homes and temporary residential care.
