We are looking for a passionate, focused and experienced Hospital Manager to join our team at Cygnet Delfryn Lodge and Rhyd Alyn.
Joining our team on a full time, 40hr per week basis you will oversee Cygnet Delfryn Lodge and Cygnet Rhyd Alyn.

Cygnet Delfryn Lodge:
Cygnet Delfryn Lodge is our high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for women who have severe and enduring mental illness and who may have been detained under the Mental Health Act. Women placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.
Rhyd Alyn:
Rhyd Alyn is a six bed community rehabilitation (level 1) service for women who have been able to progress through the hospital pathway atCygnet Delfryn Lodge. We also accept referrals from other high dependency inpatient rehabilitation services as well as directly from the community.
The Opportunity...
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, our Hospital Managers are responsible for providing strong and effective leadership to the onsite teams in order to ensure the integrity of all functions within the Site, to include; Clinical, Finance, HR, Recruitment and Support Services. You will be responsible for the overall day to day running and strategic direction of the hospital.
