The post holder will promote recovery at the earliest opportunity, thereby helping to prevent long-term ill health and actively promote positive workplace health and wellbeing. The role also provides a key support to the staff health and wellbeing programme, focussing on preventative and proactive engagement across the organisation.   The post holder will be responsible for receiving incoming telephone calls and e-mails from employees seeking advice, information and help on a variety of health and wellbeing related issues. Following algorithms, the post holder will have the ability to triage and determine best outcomes for staff using a range of health intervention options.   The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
