The Clinical Transformation Project Support Officer role in Taunton with NHS England involves supporting Integrated Care Systems in delivering clinical transformation and improvement initiatives aimed at reducing clinical variation across the South West. As a member of the Clinical Improvement and Transformation team, the officer will provide project and programme support through coordination, oversight, and delivery of key improvement projects. Key responsibilities include responding to queries, developing updates and reports, facilitating events and workshops, and coordinating an improvement newsletter.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, planning, and organisational skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and ensure the successful execution of project outcomes. This role requires a proactive self-starter who can enhance processes by implementing lessons learned from past projects while providing essential administrative support and maintaining effective information systems.
