Practice Plus Group is seeking an experienced Healthcare Administrator to join their expanding administration department at Gillingham Hospital. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate patient records for clinics, ensuring relevant medical information is accessible prior to patient visits, and managing the retrieval of missing case notes.

The position involves building effective relationships with staff and patients, as well as providing support in an organisational capacity. The working hours for this full-time role are 37.5 hours per week, with shifts varying from 8 am to 6 pm, including one Saturday every four weeks.
