Primary responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate patient records for clinics, ensuring relevant medical information is accessible prior to patient visits, and managing the retrieval of missing case notes.

The working hours for this full-time role are 37.5 hours per week, with shifts varying from 8 am to 6 pm, including one Saturday every four weeks.
