Job Summary: Maternity Cover Support Worker
Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident Maternity Cover Support Worker for a 9-month fixed contract in Southbourne, working 42 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts. The role involves providing outstanding care for adults with autism and learning disabilities at Cygnet Nightingales, a 10-bed residential service. Responsibilities include offering physical and emotional support, assisting with medical needs, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring individual care is adapted to specific needs.
