As a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse you'll be part of our valued Gravesend Alliance Teambased in Gravesend, North Kent.

This is a full time (37.5 hours per week) opportunity.The community nursing team works across 7 days per week 08.00 20.00.


A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.

This is an opportunity to put your NMC/ 1stlevel registration to great use, you will have the ability to work both independently and also as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. It is expected that youshould have strongcommunication and organisation skills and a flexible approach which will ensureyou deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of theirhealthcare journey.
