The role of MDT Coordinator at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust involves providing essential administrative support to the Cancer Pathways Team, focusing on the Harm Review Process and the management of a specific tumour site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that patient cancer pathways are monitored to adhere to national cancer waiting times targets and will need to promptly escalate any cases that may breach these timelines.

In this position, the Coordinator will work autonomously and collaborate closely with both clinical and non-clinical teams to enhance patient care and experience throughout their journey in the cancer pathway. Key responsibilities include coordinating Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) activities and meetings while facilitating communication among various departments that deliver care to cancer patients.
