The Principal Psychologist for Complex Emotional Needs at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust will lead a multidisciplinary team providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and peer support to individuals with emotional regulation challenges and impulsive behaviors. This role involves clinical leadership, conducting specialist assessments, managing a DBT caseload, and delivering trauma-focused therapy when appropriate. The post holder will also play a key role in developing training programs to enhance the understanding of complex emotional needs among NHS staff and community stakeholders and work collaboratively with local organisations to improve engagement with clients who frequently interact with crisis services.

This position, which offers up to 37.5 hours per week, is ideal for someone passionate about making a significant impact on the experiences of those with complex emotional needs.
