Feltwell Surgery in West Norfolk is seeking a compassionate and proactive individual for the part-time role of Receptionist/Care Navigator, working 19 hours over two days (Monday and Wednesday). The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service to patients, managing appointments and queries, navigating patients through the healthcare system, and ensuring accurate patient records. The ideal candidate should be a motivated team player with a background in customer service or patient care, capable of working well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

This role is essential for supporting the smooth operation of the practice and collaborating with healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
