Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a full-time ENT Consultant specializing in Oncological Head and Neck Surgery. This new role offers 10 programmed activities (PAs) and will primarily be based at NUH, with occasional support at King's Mill Hospital. The position involves joining a team that provides comprehensive Head & Neck services to over 2.5 million residents, collaborating with a multidisciplinary group including oncological ENT and Maxillofacial Consultants. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to engage in advanced surgical techniques and contribute to research and academic programs, with mentorship available for new consultants.

The role includes participation in major head and neck resections and reconstruction, with a specific interest in developing skills in Trans-oral Robotic Surgery (TORS) and microvascular flap reconstruction. The candidate will work closely with professionals from various disciplines, such as Maxillofacial teams and Speech & Language Therapy, enhancing the collaborative approach to patient care.
