                                                    GP Practice Nurse Lead with Probus Surgery in Truro, Cornwall

                                                     We are looking for a Practice Nurse Lead experienced in long term conditions, learning disabilities and preferably management to join our nursing team. We will consider a job share with a minimum of 18.5hrs, full or part time hours for the right candidate between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.   The post holder will be responsible for the care and management of delivering nursing services to our patients and day to day management of our team of Nurses, HCAs and Phlebotomist.
