Probus Surgery in Truro is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse Lead to oversee nursing services, particularly focusing on long-term conditions and learning disabilities. The role can be offered as a job share, with a minimum of 18.5 hours per week available, and may suit full or part-time candidates working between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The successful applicant will manage a team of nurses, healthcare assistants, and phlebotomists while ensuring high-quality care for patients. Experience in managing long-term conditions is essential for this position.
We are looking for a Practice Nurse Lead experienced in long term conditions, learning disabilities and preferably management to join our nursing team.
We will consider a job share with a minimum of 18.5hrs, full or part time hours for the right candidate between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
The post holder will be responsible for the care and management of delivering nursing services to our patients and day to day management of our team of Nurses, HCAs and Phlebotomist.
