We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated professionals with skills and knowledge in emergency, acute or critical care. The successful applicants will demonstrate their experience in delivering high standards of patient care within the Critical Care Complex or acute patient areas. Working primarily with the Critical Care Doctors but also providing high levels of support to the wider multi-disciplinary team.
The Recognise and Respond Team is fast paced and diverse. The team comprises of four arms: Rapid Response, Education and Quality Improvement, Resuscitation and Critical Care Anaesthetic Practitioners.
The successful candidates will work as part of the Critical Care Anesthetic Practitioner team, responding to and supporting acute airway management of patients in Critical Care and the wards. Be fully involved in the team's education and quality improvement projects, working to improve standards of care across the Trust through education, audit and quality improvement.
Work alongside the resuscitation team to support the delivery of both direct patient care through cardiac arrest response and education. This is a hugely exciting role within a dynamic team, and we would encourage anyone who has the skills, passion and dedication to make contact.
Shift work covers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Successful candidates will be expected to fully participate in the night and weekend roster.
