The Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust is seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join their Autism Intensive Support Team, working primarily from Wayside House with some travel across Coventry and Warwickshire. This role involves supporting Autistic adults experiencing mental health crises and at risk of hospital admission. The therapist will engage in clinical assessments, develop communication plans, implement specialist interventions, conduct risk assessments, and provide individualized training to families and care providers, all within a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Candidates should have experience in multi-agency collaboration, as the role requires regular participation in multidisciplinary team meetings and a commitment to trauma-informed and autism-informed practice. The position offers flexibility in hours and may require work outside of regular office times.
