The South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Blood Sciences Associate Practitioner for a fixed-term position of 18.75 hours per week in Middlesbrough, as part of the collaborative Tees Valley Pathology service. This role will involve delivering scientific support across various areas including Biochemistry, General Haematology, Coagulation, and Blood Transfusion at both James Cook University Hospital and Friarage Hospital. Candidates must be flexible in their working hours to cover shifts that include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and nights, and they will need to develop the skills necessary for independent work within Blood Science, specifically regarding the issuance of blood products.
