The Royal Surrey County NHS Foundation Trust and are seeking to recruit an experienced Network Engineering and Security Manager on a Two-Year Fixed Term Contract.

The Network Engineering & Security Manager is a key member of the Infrastructure & Unified Communications team responsible for the technical operation, development, and security of the organisation's network infrastructure. This role ensures the Network team functions are delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining high levels of system availability and customer satisfaction.

The role also requires flexible working by the organisation, including early start times and late finishes as required, to maintain appropriate coverage from 8am until 5pm.

The Network Engineering & Security Manager will lead a team of technical staff, manage budgets, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with national policies and regulations.
