The Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 RNMH/RGN for a Bank position within their Eating Disorders team at Rosanne House, Welwyn. Candidates must have prior experience in dealing with eating disorders and will work closely with a multi-disciplinary CEDS team to assess patients, create care plans, and evaluate treatment outcomes aimed at ensuring service user empowerment and recovery. Responsibilities include managing care for individuals with moderate to severe eating disorders, performing phlebotomy, and employing NICE-recommended interventions such as CBT and DBT.

In this role, the nurse will act as a care coordinator for a designated caseload, ensuring comprehensive planning and monitoring of treatment while supporting colleagues and mentoring student nurses. They will be responsible for maintaining clinical standards, effective teamwork, and communication with involved staff, as well as complying with relevant policies and regulations. The position also includes the expectation to deputize for the Team Leader when necessary and contribute to service user care in a person-centered manner.
