Midlands Medical Partnership (MMP) in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, health education, screening, and immunisation services. The role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to provide assessment and treatment services, manage nursing protocols, and offer health care advice to patients while maintaining accurate medical records and participating in the surgery's administrative duties. The nurse is also responsible for infection control, coordinating care, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality and participate in ongoing professional development, while contributing to research and quality improvement initiatives within the practice. Flexibility in working hours may be required, as duties may span across MMP’s multiple sites to adapt to the organisation’s needs. Additional responsibilities include ensuring equipment maintenance, managing patient care documentation, and promoting health education among patients.
