The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse for the role of Sister/Charge Nurse in the Orthopaedic Outpatient Department in Wrexham. The position falls under Band 6 and involves supporting the Band 7 Senior Sister in overseeing quality and safety governance while managing an aligned outpatient area. The successful candidate will collaborate with the outpatient team to allocate staff for clinics and manage patient services effectively.

Candidates should ideally have a strong desire to promote clinical excellence and work well in a team-oriented environment.
