The Integrated Care Development Manager for West Cornwall, part of the NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board (ICB), is a key role focused on the development and implementation of integrated services aimed at providing seamless patient care. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including NHS partners, local authorities, and community organizations, to improve health outcomes and address health inequalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management and development of integrated services within the West Cornwall Integrated Care Area (ICA).
  • Collaborate with the ICA place director and senior teams to set strategic directions and oversee operational plans.
  • Foster relationships with partners to facilitate effective service delivery and improve population health.
  • Utilize population health management to identify needs and implement evidence-based innovations.
  • Engage with local communities to enhance public participation in health service design and decisions.
  • Analyze health data to guide strategic priorities, budget allocation, and service specifications.
  • Prepare business cases and reports to demonstrate progress and secure necessary funding.
