The Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking qualified doctors for the position of Bank Clinical Fellow ST1/2 in Anaesthetics. This role involves flexible, shift-based work across various specialties, including evening, weekend, and on-call shifts, with no guaranteed hours. Responsibilities include collaborating with nursing staff and other clinicians to ensure safe patient care, participating in daily board and ward rounds, supervising fellow staff as required, maintaining documentation standards, and adhering to Trust policies and values.

Additionally, bank doctors must complete a minimum of 12 shifts per month to be connected to the Trust as a GMC-approved designated body. The role requires punctuality for scheduled shifts, attendance at local inductions when working in new areas, and performing other tasks as designated by specialty clinical leaders.
