The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is seeking a CNS Admin Officer to join their administration team, providing comprehensive support to the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) team within Acute Children's Services. This newly established role encompasses a variety of clerical duties related to managing Health Records and ensuring efficient administrative processes throughout a patient's journey, including timely handling of documentation and communications.

Candidates are expected to exhibit strong organisational skills and demonstrate initiative in managing their workload within defined limits. Responsibilities include accurate data entry and updates on the Patient Administration System, scanning documents onto the Clinical Web Portal, processing mail promptly, and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times. The role requires effective communication and responsiveness to inquiries received through the CNS team offices.
