The Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is seeking a proactive ESR Workforce System Lead to enhance and expand their Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system during a period of innovation. This role involves managing system access, providing training on Manager Self Service, maintaining work structures, and ensuring data quality through audits. The successful candidate will support data input for new starters and leavers, act as an escalation point for queries, and contribute to service development and reporting.
