The Greater Peterborough Network is seeking a Human Resources Advisor for Staff Engagement to enhance employee relations, performance, and staff engagement within their HR team. The role involves collaborating with management to implement effective communication strategies during organisational changes, developing employee engagement programs, managing HR casework, and maintaining compliance with employment legislation. Candidates should possess strong IT skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

The successful applicant will also support various HR projects aimed at improving the employee experience, manage attendance reporting, and assist with recruitment and selection processes. This full-time position requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including finance and data teams, to deliver focused HR advice and ensure effective policies are in place.
