We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HM/ICR name, a category C Prison located in Staffordshire
HMP Oakwood is one of the largest prison in the UK, housing over 1,500 men.Hours:
This role is full time 37.5 hours per week Monday - Sunday covering a 8 week rota, night shifts are covered as per below:- Weekdays: 19:45 - 07:15
- Weekends: 19:45 - 07:45
Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £41,673.00 per annum - depending on experience.

As a Night Nurse in the Primary Care Team, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening
- Use your skills and knowledge to deliver nurse led clinics to your patient group whilst being supported by a multi-disciplinary team.
- Be able to make final decisions in the night shift
