Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Medical Laboratory Assistant for its Microbiology Department in Basingstoke. The role involves processing and analyzing various samples and body fluids to aid disease diagnosis, thereby contributing to patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include operating analysers, preparing reagents, conducting quality control, troubleshooting, and managing laboratory procedures. Candidates should have a background in science (minimum GCSE level), good typing skills, and preferably experience with computers.
