Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Junior Physiotherapist for a General Rotation position, offering a unique opportunity for both recent graduates and experienced practitioners to enhance their skills in an acute hospital setting. The role encompasses a variety of specialties including Cardio-respiratory, Medicine, Surgery, ITU, MSK Outpatients, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Neurology, and Urgent Care, with rotations occurring every six months. Candidates must exhibit strong assessment, treatment planning, teamwork, time management, and communication skills, as they will work collaboratively with multi-professional teams and be expected to manage a diverse patient caseload while providing high-quality care.

The position requires flexibility to cover a 7-day working week and participate in an on-call Respiratory Service. Successful applicants will receive comprehensive support and training through a thorough induction process and clinical supervision from senior physiotherapists. The role also involves contributing to patient care planning, maintaining accurate records, and attending interdisciplinary meetings.
