The Senior Digital Projects and Change Manager at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Trust will play a crucial role within the Project Management Office (PMO), primarily responsible for delivering a variety of projects using PRINCE2 methodology and providing guidance to junior PMO members. This position involves managing clinical change processes for the IM&T department, facilitating the adoption of new technologies, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders to align project outcomes with clinical needs. The role also emphasises the importance of influencing service user care, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering digital transformation within the organisation.

In addition to project management duties, the successful candidate will support the development of a clinical informatics network that bridges digital and clinical services, maintain high standards of project delivery, and promote a culture of digital adoption. Leadership skills will be essential as the individual will oversee the PMO team's resource utilisation and standardisation of processes to achieve successful project and change management.
