Band 8a: £53,755 to £60,504 a year Per annum  PERMANENT 

To be a pivotal member of the Project Management Office (PMO) with responsibility for thefollowing areas:o Deliver on a range of projects, to the agreed specifications using PRINCE2methodology, and having clear oversight of a number of additional projects, providingline management, guidance and support to junior members of the PMO.o Being central to the continual development of the PMO and its functions.o Strategically managing the clinical change process for the IM&T department, supportingclinical change staff from initiation to post go-live evaluation on a number of allocatedprojects.o Facilitating the smooth adoption to new technologies into clinical settings.o Ensuring that there are effective communications with all stakeholders and that anyclinical views are fully understand and appropriately incorporated.o Working within the principles of a PRINCE2 environment.o Influencing the care of Service Users and Carers, improving efficiencies, and reducingcosts by ensuring that benefits associated with projects are fully realised.o Support with the development of a clinical informatics network, bridging the gapbetween digital and clinical services to achieve successful transformation.o Supporting the development of the GMMH Digital Strategy

To be both an active team member and leadership figure withinthe PMO.o To hold responsibility for the effective delivery of projectsallocated to you, and/or others within your responsibility.o To have a clear and up to date understanding of clinicalservices, the way in which they operate and the challenges ofintroducing new changes within services, to be able to leveragethis to strategically embed change and digital projects.o To develop, support and effectively manage the PMO team,ensuring resources are utilised appropriately to support theorganisations digital transformation requirements.o To develop and maintain a standardised approach to systems,processes and procedures that will support both successfulproject management and clinical change.o Promote the IM&T Department by developing and maintainingexcellent working relationships internally and externally.o Promote a culture of digital transformation, adoption andsustainability to improve the experience and outcomes forFor Employment Services Use Only: Unique Reference Number:services users, carers and staff.
