Chet Valley Medical Practice based in Loddon, has an opportunity for a quality and safeguarding administrator to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis for 2-3 days a week. Supporting the lead administrator, this role is responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties and the provision of administrative support to the multidisciplinary team. This is a varied role providing dedicated support to patient care by ensuring checks are carried out promptly and patients needs are recorded through read coding. The quality and safeguarding administrator will assist the practice business manager to co-ordinate all safeguarding and palliative care meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are completed in a timely manner.

  • Support the practice business manager with the processes required to produce high standards of care for patients.
  • Run a monthly report and invite patients in for their NHS health check.
  • Support the clinical governance lead in the preparation of agendas ahead of the team meeting.
  • Work with the senior management team to coordinate and recall all eligible patients for vaccination clinics/home visits.
  • Process and distribute incoming mail.
  • Complete computer data entry/data allocation and collation; processing and recording patient information onto SystmOne in accordance with practice procedures.
